Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA)
Board Certified Behavior Analysts (BCBAs) oversee the creation, implementation and evaluation of individualized ABA Therapy for our clients. They take the lead building the best possible plan based on each child's unique strengths and challenges. Specific job functions include:
- Develop ABA Therapy behavior plan specific to each child's needs
- Supervise client therapy sessions, offering guidance in ABA to both the Behavior Technicians and client parents
- Conduct behavioral assessments to establish each client's baseline and track progress
Behavior Technician
Behavior Technicians work one-on-one with children with autism to implement techniques that help them navigate everyday processes. We train each of our Behavior Technicians in the science of Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) Therapy, a treatment that breaks processes and behaviors down into small, simple steps. Behavior Technicians:
- Provide one-on-one ABA Therapy for a child with Autism
- Use ABA Therapy to help each child better understand how to communicate, react, learn, process and socialize
- Digitally document each child's daily progress
